What is
RELATED?
Related groups is when the same group of participants are tested more than once. An example is administering a pre and post test to the same group of students.
It is also known as paired or dependent group.
What is
UNRELATED?
“Unrelated groups, also called unpaired groups or independent groups” are unrelated groups where members of the one group cannot be part of another group. For example, when comparing gender, the members of the group are either male or female but not both.
